Stephanie is Co-Owner of Acuity Group and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota and Florida. Although she resides in Sarasota, Florida, she remains actively involved with the Minnesota Brokerage and is responsible for company policy development, customer and community relations, and short sale transactions. Additionally, Stephanie oversees Acuity Group’s broad-based print and online marketing strategies that promote Acuity Group’s properties for sale and rent.
Stephanie began her real estate career in 1998 and has completed hundreds of real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. She is keenly aware of what it takes to excel in the real estate industry. She is an experienced contract negotiator and possesses a solid knowledge base of the real estate process from start to close.
In 2018, Dustin Heggem and Stephanie Danielson, opened a Florida Real Estate Brokerage; Acuity Property Group LLC, which is located in Sarasota, Florida. Stephanie is the Primary Broker of this office. Acuity Property Group and its agents specialize in residential and commercial real estate transactions in Sarasota and Manatee Counties of Florida.
