Matthew Pagh

Matthew Pagh began his real estate career in 2003, while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and Marketing at Bethel University. He worked as an intern and then full time for one of the twin city’s largest property management firms. As a Portfolio Manager he oversaw new construction projects, strategic leasing strategy and worked closely with ownership to achieve full capacity occupancy in both the private and government sectors. Matthew has developed countless mutually beneficial and longstanding business relationships with a diverse group of investors and building owners.

In 2008 he Co-Founded Integrity Insurance Group, a Property Casualty and Risk Management Brokerage serving the needs of his clientele across the state of MN. Specializing in Property Insurance he excelled at helping his clients evaluate and protect their real estate assets. Merging his agency in 2019 with North Central Insurance Matthew has been able to continue to focus on the risk side of property insurance while now offering real estate services to his clientele as well.

In 2019 Matthew was able to join his lifelong friend Johnny Vanden Hoek and founded The Victory Team. Using his 15 years of Risk and Real Estate experience, Matthew is helping Buyers and Sellers in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate find and succeed in purchasing the property they have always wanted. Going beyond buying and selling, Matthew’s purpose is to deliver successful results.

Matthew and his wife are currently raising their four children in Elk River. He enjoys playing Hockey, Golfing and helping with his kid’s actives.
