Chris Stockton

Realtor/Property Manager

Chris grew up in Chanhassen and relocated to the Northern suburbs in 1998. Chris started her career as an office manager in new construction learning the ins and out of building a new home as well as administrative office management. She then spent 9 years as 

a real estate assistant for a realtor who represented the builder and learned how to market homes and the inner workings of real estate. 

In 2008 Chris moved on to Property Management for 13 years in Multifamily housing where she started as a leasing consultant and moved up to an Assistant property manager and managed a property with her mom in Golden Valley. During this time, she and her mom were nominated for a MADACS award for best property management team. In 2018 Chris moved on to luxury Multifamily property management in the Northern suburbs where she and her husband and two children were living.

Chris was looking for a new challenge and wanted to continue to learn and grow and obtained her real estate license in 2022. She loves helping her clients find the right home whether it is purchasing a home or renting a home. Chris has a passion for helping others, building relationships, and advocating for her clients. “It is so important to me to provide excellent service and communication to my clients”.

In her spare time Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her two golden retrievers, and traveling.
